Collaborating for a Cause is a nonprofit dedicated to meeting the needs of small Arizona nonprofits. Education is provided through monthly meetings at various locations in the Phoenix area and attendance from locations outside of the valley via remote access software. Meetings are aimed at providing professional networking, expert speaker presentations, collaboration opportunities, and a treasure trove of resources. The atmosphere is lively, friendly, and fun!
Collaborating for a Cause, led by Brenda Masters, is an amazing educational and networking opportunity for nonprofits. Not only does this monthly meeting connect you to colleagues from a variety of organizations, but it also provides valuable information at each meeting through the presentations, with topics ranging from fundraising to acknowledgement of volunteers and everything in between. The Collaborating for a Cause listserv also keeps agencies informed of upcoming training and events that supplement the material we receive in the monthly meetings. To receive training and networking opportunities like this is an invaluable opportunity; of which am immensely grateful. Tiffany Cullin, Director of Fund Development, MIKID
